The Investment License has approved by People Committee of Hochiminh City and the license number: 41121000007, date issued: March 24, 2007. The first stage investment is 105.000.000.000 VND and its equal to 6,000,000.00 USD at the present time in August 2008. The plant will be divided by 3 stages of investment and the next second stage will be increased the capacity to 10,000 m²/ day in the year 2009, and the third stage will be increased the capacity to 20,000 m² / day in the year 2012 to serve for more than 100,000 peoples in Can Gio District.
